Yves Coueslant spent summers in Halong Bay, Vietnam, when he was a child. In order to escape the hot and humid climate, his father built a small pavilion in Do Son, a place far away from the harbor in Haiphong City.
The air there is cool and comfortable, and the sea breeze brings the breathtaking scent of tuberose. This delicate and intoxicating scent of tuberose has a mysterious link between fruit and flower, which was also his mother's favorite flower.
